What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

We will customize your workouts for what you have.  For example if you are working out from home and only have dumbbells and resistance bands, that is what will be included in your workout plan.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Team Valkyrie will take the time to understand you and what you need to succeed. If your goal is fat loss, then we will build a workout and nutrition program to get you there. Team Valkyrie will be sure to check in with you every week and make adjustments when necessary.

How long are your programs?

We have a 3, 6, and 12 month option. Most people need to fully commit to a long term program depending on their goals. If it took you months or years to gain the weight, it will take several months to drop it. Here at Valkyrie Fitness & Nutrition we want you to have results that last a life time.

What kind of workouts should I expect?

Team Valkyrie will create a workout plan the is custom to your goals. Some may include resistance training, HIIT, strength training, Plyo, mobility, ect.  If you have any injuries we will also take that into consideration when creating a workout plan.
